We stayed at Beloved Playa Mujeres for 5 nights and it was the best all-inclusive vacation we ever had. The resort is couples only, so it was very serene and peaceful. I enjoyed meeting other like minded people. The food and facilities were exceptional. I loved the variety of cuisines and the quality of ingredients. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with an amazing private pool front patio. The spa was a highlight, offering relaxing hydrotherapy treatment. The resort also had plenty of activities to keep us entertained, such as nightly entertainment. What made this resort stand out was the incredible service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. I want to give a special shout out to Guadalupe from the Bocadito food truck, who made the best tacos and nachos. Elvis from the Lupita lounge, who kept us entertained with his jokes and stories. Luis from the pool service, who always brought us fresh towels and drinks. Christian, the general manager, who checked on us every day and made sure we had everything we needed. And Ambar and Jesus from the Lupita steakhouse, who served us the most delicious steak. I would highly recommend Beloved Playa Mujeres to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and luxurious vacation. It is truly a paradise on earth. I can't wait to go back and experience it again.

Incredible stay. Staff was constantly going above and beyond to satisfy customers. Food was delicious and varied. Beach and pools weren't too crowded and very cozy. Overall an amazing, small property that is absolutely lovely! Only downsides (for us) - No reservations for restaurants means sometimes you need to wait 30 minutes for a table to open up. Since there's no buffet, your evening plans can be altered unexpectedly. - VERY quiet and a bit boring. There's very little going on and very little music. Mostly couples enjoying the sun/pool/beach on their own. That's fine if it's what you're looking for, but we would have enjoyed a more active vibe in the evenings. Luckily, the Excellence is just next door and has nightly shows, activities and active music. Very fun!
