My husband and I stayed here after the CFP game. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The mattress was a little hard for my taste but thats one area you just cant make everyone happy. All in all it was a nice hotel.

The first room I checked in to, the heaters weren’t working properly as they kept cutting on and off WAY before they reached the temp I set it to, so I really had to sit there and huddle up in front of the heater in this “luxury” hotel to stay warm. Of course this had to happen when it was 22 degrees outside because they can’t make sure things work in their hotel. In the suite room, there’s one heater in the bedroom and one heater in the living room area. I asked the maintenance man if they weren’t able to run at the same time, which they definitely should be able to or else what is the point, and he of course talks to me like I’m the idiot for expecting that. After he left to go talk to the front desk about switching me rooms, of course they both started running at the same time, proving their own maintenance man’s incompetence. So after spending one hour getting everything into that room from my car, I had to pack up and move it all again. So much for the price huh. When I got to the second room and went to put my drinks in the fridge, I realized that the temperature gauge on it was broken, no cold drinks for you but thanks for your money! These are the basics, and this place is much more expensive than cheaper hotels that can still at least get these basics right. “HDTVs” probably from when they first came out, dust and trash all behind bedroom desk. You’d get a better experience than this place at a motel

Internet horrible. Could hardly do anything. Most likely will switch me to another location next time. Also no USB ports for charging. I can live without that had I had known. Just expecting them to be there these days. Staff was excellent. Rooms and hotel very clean.

We really enjoy staying here on our way back home from visiting family. The location is close to all the dining and shopping options you could want. But far enough away to be safe and quiet. Breakfast is really good and the staff is super nice.

Very quiet room with comfortable bed. Cleanliness was fair. Be sure to ask before booking if your room comes with breakfast included. The ads and photos show a delicious-looking breakfaat, which is part of the reason I booked; I carefully looked and there was no indication of breakfast not being included. However, we were told upon check-in that the meal would be $10 each. No thanks!
