It was fine but the ac didn't work and it was 90 gmdegrees maintance did try and fix but didn't work so very hot Ended up with second story room when I requested first floor.

My ceiling leaked all over myself and guest while we slept. The fire detector leaked very bad ruining our clothes. The front desk manager or whomever stated there was nuthn they could do. This place was a disaster i do not recommend nobody stay here.

The overall experience was meh. Housekeeping was at a minimum; the pool was not in service. Stairs were sticky and needed repair. No elevator. Concert going on across the street late one night. Was noisy.

It is ok to stay there. Room is good but all other is not really good. The breakfast is a scam, there are few fruits and some vending machine breakfast sandwich and cookies.

Great location, needs updated.
This hotel location is excellent for concerts at the Crew Stadium or for visiting the Ohio State Fairgrounds. The front desk was friendly with good service. The hotel is older. The room could've been cleaner, but the bed was comfortable. No fridge, no pool, no breakfast that we could see. The hotel should be updated, since the location is great.

Beds were comfortable and no bugs noted. But the sheets had various cigarette burn holes. The refrigerator didn’t shut all the way. The two chairs in the room were FILTHY!!! Floors were dirty, I did not walk barefoot in the room!!! It was convenient location to the fair grounds.

This property was not a hotel, but a motel. The facility was rundown. The pool was closed and not approved to be opened by the city. The room was dirty, clock was inoperable and I killed a cockroach in our room.

Awful. Awful. Awful. This is really on me and lesson learned. Book without possible refund is because when you arrive you’ll be greeted by many homeless fellows sitting on the MOTELS steps asking for change. You’ll also see the pool that has not been opened the last decade. Once you go in to the lobby, you’ll probably not be greeted, so be grateful for the homeless man asking for money. If I was rating him, I’d give a 9, but alas, they did not ask for his rating here. After standing at the desk, you’ll notice a plaque stating your things, in your purchased room, is not their problem if (and probably when) it is broken into. So, after waiting, I went outside and checked out a few of the doors to the rooms. Quite visible marks of breaking and entry on the first door closest to the lobby. I am sure you are surprised that I left, I really wanted to see what the rooms were like and if McDonalds breakfast would have had to be our morning option as there is no way breakfast was anything more than old stale muffins. I tried to get a refund. But Expedia could not contact the property. Much like my check-in process. So we are out $140 for 1 night of not staying and a long drive home after the sporting event we went to.
