"The check in process was terrible. Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 pm. After a long wait we were told our room wouldn’t be ready until 5:30-6:00. They booked us into another room. Our original reservation was a villa with a partial view. Which is not what we would have received if we were willing to wait. As it turned out the second room provided the partial view. I will say the property is fantastic."

"We really enjoyed our stay, we found the villa clean and the yard games plentiful. My husband and daughters' families really appreciate the time and details of making our Christmas special with a Christmas tree all lit and swags and wreaths throughout the main areas to acknowledge the season. The house had everything we needed plus the outside was perfect for all of us to enjoy, the hot tub, awesome.Christmas Eve was spent on Clematis Street, which was beautifully decorated and ate at Roco Taco, perfect Christmas Eve.Christmas day we spent at the villa and made dinner, we had all the dishes we needed and pots and pans.the bedrooms were spacious, the first two shared a bathroom, which was good for the family with children and my adult child stayed in the casa in the back which they enjoyed. Plenty of towels and washer and driver,the expresso machine was a big hit.Thank you and we will stay again when in Florida"
