"Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)"

"Beautiful property, very clean with so many things to do! The main pool area was fun but we enjoyed our quiet end pool with Gregg the awesome bartender. He went above & beyond! Not only did he give great service, he was fun, personable & gave recommendations on things to do. "

"When I drove up and open my window, I asked the gentleman where the landlord was. He didn’t know. He then told me that the place I had rented was down this long alleyway and then make a right 50 to 100 yards. I had to close my car window because I was surrounded by people that were looking to see what I had in my car because I was Caucasian. I was clearly not wanted that and that’s to be expected so I felt I was in danger. I drove a block, maybe two and saw three policeman and the first thing out of the map was what are you doing in this neighborhood? They were very nice. They explained to me. It wasn’t a good situation and that I should move on for my own safety. This place was not as advertised and you people should be held accountable. I have a dispute with the bank credit card whether I win or lose I will communicate to as many people as possible the situation you people put me in And I called my son who I was going to visit he said to me, dad not for nothing that’s the ghetto. I grew up for and lived in ghetto and I know an unsafe situation when I see one so shame on new people."
