I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and equipped with plenty of amenities that enhanced my experience. It was meticulously clean, with no issues during my stay. Breakfast was included, and the food was truly delicious! Special thanks to the Front Desk staff. Albert (I believe he’s from Eastern Europe) made my check-in smooth and enjoyable, even arranging to store my luggage as we arrived early. I’d also like to commend Peter, who was incredibly pleasant and easy to communicate with. He handled all my questions and concerns with exceptional care! The hotel is conveniently located within a 20-minute walk of downtown, with grocery stores, a pharmacy, and restaurants just around the corner. Overall, it’s unbeatable value for money! I’m looking forward to staying here again on my future visits to Ottawa and will be recommending the property to my friends!

While the decor may be a bit dark and dated in areas, it was super clean, all rooms were well supplied with everything that one could possibly need, the suite concept was very comfortable and accommodating for short or long stays (we were visiting our daughter and having a 'livingroom' area was perfect for watching movies). That staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
