I’ll be back.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The continental breakfast was better than any I’ve ever seen before. So many options, choco milk, milk, juice, water etc. they not only had a meat and egg option every day but pre-made breakfast sandwiches bacon/sausage/ham. They have to go snack packs for the day. Unlimited water and juice once the kitchen closes. For lengthier stays you can opt out of housekeeping and save $10 per day. They have carts in the hall to help yourself to toiletries, towels etc. 6 pillows on the bed, and an additional 6 in the closet. I really enjoy not having to ask for things and then wait around for someone to bring them up. More hotels should be like this. Options of above or below ground parking. If they run out, they reimburse you for more expensive parking elsewhere. Large suites for a great price. I’ve never been so impressed. Great customer service, the front desk staff were not only kind but engage with you in friendly conversation.

It’s my second time staying ant The Business Inn and everything is so properly managed. Staff are really kind and the amenities are all clean. It’s also very close to several restaurants and stores. Great stay!

Absolute best value for business travel. Lovely 20-minute walk to the Rogers Center, huge room, full kitchen, work desk with computer and printer (!). Staff was friendly and efficient. Included breakfast was varied and plentiful. Should I ever be in Ottawa for business again, I will be back.

The hotel is located in downtown Ottawa, which means that it is within walking distance to everything. The suite in the hotel is large and clean. One can order foods directly delivered to one’s room, and the food is exceptional. The bathtub is also very comfortable.
