It includes plenty of space, a modern kitchen & bath, and comfortable King bed located in a quiet neighborhood just steps from 2.5 miles of Kailua beach. From the door, walk 25 steps on a private walkway to a well manicured, ocean view lawn which is yours to share with another couple and your hosts. Walk another 25 steps and you are on the beach where you are greeted by a magnificent sunrise and dozens of well behaved dogs (and their humans) each morning."

The owner was super helpful with directions, suggestions for eating, shopping, sightseeing etc. Thanks to her prompts and timely text messages, we were able to see amazing moonrises both nights. There is a long stretch of beach in front of the unit - great for walking, swimming, or just relaxing. The unit is on the small side but is just right for a couple. "

"This was a lovely location- right across from an absolutely gorgeous beach! The owners were very responsive and left a great book with hikes, restaurant menus and more. Sunrise at Pillbox is a must. The downstairs was a bit small and the master bedroom was reached by walking through the smaller bedroom but both were very nice and this wasn’t a an issue for our family. Overall wonderful!!"
