The service was great and the place was really clean. However, the temperature in the room would not go down regardless if you put cool instead of heat. Being on the 8th floor, you can’t open a window (reasonably so) and it felt like it was 80 degrees the entire time and we couldn’t sleep because of it. If that wasn’t the problem, the stay would’ve been perfect.

The room was on the small side, but it was creatively and efficiently laid out. The bed was fairly comfortable. The shower MAY have been the best shower head/water pressure I've ever used.

It was very horrible due to the fact, stains all over the couch in the room. Hair and debris all over the back part of the Mattress and boxspring. Would never stay there again.

The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting downtown Norfolk. You can walk to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made the weekend one we won’t forget.

Not a very good experience. The room smelled like mildew, it was dirty (I found dirty dental pick in the bathroom), couch stained, carpet dirty. Tv wasn’t working, we asked to get it fixed but no one showed up. We would not stay there again.

The staff was wonderful but the property was horrible!! The guests were loud tthroughout the hall way all night, the elevator kept getting stuck and let’s not mention having to shower in a different room because my shower was broken. THANK YOU Kay, jermaine and Donna for exceptional customer service!! They were the saving grace of this stay!
