The staff was friendly and helpful. Very obvious that they are working on the place. The flowers were beautiful. I would have given a five star, but the air conditioner was not working right. It is an older motel, but it is very clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again if I was traveling. The price was great.

The room and hotel itself was well kept and clean. The area around, which was not in the control of the property was very rundown. We had no contact other than text with the staff as they text us our room number and code to enter the door. This was convenient for us. The flowers around the decking were beautiful.

Retro homey, in my humble opinion
I like the small town retro feel of the Sage. It is not luxurious, but it is very homey. I had everything I needed: micro, fridge, bed, couch (that I wasn’t afraid to sit in), bed, and bathroom. Food nearby. I love the social capacity of the front patios. I noticed some guests taking advantage of it with a few drinks when I pulled in. Chloe is a sweet gal who answered all my questions. Her and her husband have more plans for the hotel. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
