No hot water and broken AC
Don't stay here if you want a hot shower or decent room temps on a hot day. The water barely had a hint of warm no matter how long you let it run or when you tried it, and the AC was set to max cold and the room was warm and stuffy. The AC was half falling apart and made nasty noises most of the night. The rest of room was kind of a patched up mess of bad repairs.

Trying to drive into hotel parking lot or out due to traffic on street is difficult and getting hit by another vehicle is a very much a possibility. No room service unless you tell them, not even trash pick up in the room. You had to take your overflowing trash can bag to the lobby to dispose of it.
