Checkin was very nice, employee was pleasant and efficient and the welcome bag was a nice touch. However, many areas were unclean; the pool had a floating electric light" that made it impossible to use the pool for my grandkids. When brought to the attention of the gentleman at the front desk that night (didn't get his name, but he had a British accent} he basically shrugged and said "Someone must have done something they shouldn't have" with no explanation of when the pool would be available for use. The reason I booked the hotel was so grandkids would be able to use the indoor pool in the cold weather. Very disappointed. Breakfast was ok, but breads were stale and overall lack of variety.

They charge for parking which I didn’t expect. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The room smelled and made my asthma act up because of it. Flies all over the eating area.

We arrived early after an overnight flight and we were able to check in straight away, which was very kind and very much appreciated. Our room was very big and spacious and clean with an enormous bed! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay for non vegans but not many options for vegans which was a shame. And everything is plastic or paper, plastic cutlery and paper cups and plates, which seems such a waste and isn't nearly as nice as eating off a proper plate and using a metal knife and fork! I had to go over the road to Walmart and buy a china cup, I hate using those plastic cups once and then throwing it away! The gym could do with a bit of a clean/vacuum! Apart from that everything was perfect and we will definitely stay again when we're in the area and would recommend it to friends!

We stayed for 3 night and the room was not cleaned once despite the policy that rooms are cleaned every other day. The first room we were given smelled and we asked to be moved. We had to request towels and toilet paper twice. The shower floor was slippery and there was no conditioner in the pump on the wall. There was also a toilet plunger in the hallway across from our room on the floor for two days.
