The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable like normal. The exceptional part were the staff! They went above and beyond from the minute I checked in to every fantastic breakfast to every entry and exit! They were so friendly and interested in our stay and as a person. This was a terrific place to stay near my son for his baby shower and local antiquing. Was in a central location for Springfield. Lots of local places to see and easy travel to other great spots to eat, drink and shop!

The stay was good, but there was a lady that fell down and the desk clerk lady didn’t asked her if she was OK or try to help. My wife said she just stood there. My wife asked she was OK. The lady that fell said thank you to my wife for asking if she was OK I think the people need to do a little better with your customers
