There was a plunger in my bathroom. The paint was falling off. The carpets had not been vacuumed. The sliding glass door would not slide. The cieling tiles were failing. The elevators didn't work. The pop machine were marked incorrectly. The front desk had no time for you at check out or any time other than check in. The welcome packet was all about selling a time share. The hot tub had black stuff floating in it. The gift shop was half illuminated. There was a couch outside on the second floor balcony upright reminded me of hangover with the mattress. This hotel needs to close down and revamp. Totally unacceptable. I would not stay here again nor recommend to any one.

We got to the hotel at 4:03. Check in time is 4pm. They only had one person checking in. By the time we got checked in it was 4:48pm. The lady was nice enough but absolutely rediculous that they only had one person checking in on a Saturday at check in time. When we got to the room things only got worse. We got a DIRTY room. No bedding on the bed, it was bare. Pillows thrown all over the place. No trash bags in the trash cans, no shower curtain, no soap or towels. I called the front desk and they had house keeping up fairly quick. BUT now me and my family had to sit in the room for quite some time watching people clean the room that should have been cleaned to begin with. We had dropped our stuff off then went back out so when we returned it was past my son’s bedtime. We planned on putting our son to bed as soon as we got back to the hotel and that was when we realized all the room was dirty. There was no indoor kiddie pool as advertised and the “indoor pools” were actually partially outdoor. We will not be staying here again. For the price we paid vs what we got? I’m left super displeased and upset.

Property is average for the area, older hotel with scuffs on furniture and walls, with stains on the carpet. A lot of dust could be openly seen behind the beds, as if no cleaning had ever been done there. Boards underneath the mattresses were not in place, sticking out, and had to be repositioned. Calls were made three days in a row asking for clean towels and toilet paper, which never arrived. We ended up having to take some toilet paper rolls off a cleaning cart in the hallway. Views are spectacular, ruined only by the constant smell of marijuana and cigarettes coming from other balconies.

Nice area and hotel was great. The only complaint I had was the bed. Every time I moved it made a noise. So it would wake my husband if I got up for any reason. Couldn’t read display on ac unit so had to guess on temperature. Loved the location though.

The front desk was nice upon checking in. The resort was steady but not overcrowded. The parking across a busy street was an inconvenience. This is avoidable staying somewhere else a few blocks down. The access to the beach from the north tower required walking past the loading and laundry side of the resort, which was very noisy and busy from active maintenance/construction. The junior sweet had a few noticeable issues: 1. The cover to the card reader was missing 2. The lock to the dining room balcony was broken, meaning the sliding door could not stay shut. 3. The whole suite had a musty smell, suspected from soft furniture and smoke stains on the ceiling (although we requested non-smoking) 3. No napkins or paper towels provided in the kitchen, and only 1 fork, 2-3 spoons, no hand or dish soap. We were very limited by this when eating in. 4. Bed sheets had noticeable stains 5. Hard surfaces in the bed & bathroom were noticeably dirty. Housekeeping only changed the trash and replaced towels. 6. The curtain rods on both balcony windows were not attached.
