Nice hotel with large comfortable rooms and good breakfast. On our first night they had a happy hour with free drinks and food. Only complaint was our room faced a busy highway which was somewhat noisy.

As a senior traveling alone I felt safe. Even on the road side of the hotel the noise was a minimum. The room was really nice and clean. I loved the ability to be able to sit on a couch instead of the bed. I loved the bathroom set up with the pump soaps and shampoo. Breakfast was enjoyable to sit down and relax a moment before heading out again. Great job staff with everything!

Check-in staff was not welcoming. Apparently, she was stressed due to a busy day. She was rather rude. The morning staff was gracious. No breakfast!!!!! I was on a schedule and was expecting to receive breakfast at 6am. At 6am, I was told that breakfast was going to be delayed for about 25 minutes. I waited. At 6:35am, I was told that it was going to be delayed for an additional 45minutes. I had to leave. NO BREAKFAST!!!!!!! Very inconvenient!!! Very disappointing!!!!

There was pretty significant road noise until after 11 PM and lots of kids just being kids. Since I was close to the elevator, it wasn’t as quiet as I would have liked it to have been. But, staff was friendly and accommodating, and I would stay there again. I was happy the bar was open for a couple hours & breakfast was ready bright and early.

There were bedbugs. I took pictures and reported it to housekeeping. At checkout I told the front desk and ask if there was an incident report or anything I needed to fill out and was told no, that they had called pest control and would contact me after they left which I did receive a call letting me know that there were no bedbugs. I really didn’t expect different. If they hide the fact they have bedbugs I wonder if they even called pest control?
