My daughter and I were there four nights. Had no issues at all. Room was comfortable and clean when we arrived. Staff answered questions and were friendly overall. Bed was comfortable everything worked well. We wished breakfast would have gone a bit longer as we slept through it most mornings. We would have also liked if we would have gotten a room refresher/ light clean at least once during our stay, but overall we were safe and comfortable. Would stay again.

Hotel doesn't operate how it present itself. Initially starting with the free shuttle it claims it provides. I called for shuttle and they said itll be along shortly, it never came. I waited an hour before finding another method. Once arrive the shuttle was sitting parked. I made the front desk aware and they first tried to say the shuttle did come. To which I stated they did not. Obviously. They just starred at me. Employees were rude. Hotel rooms were worn. Amenties were raggedy. Iron didnt work. Microwave and fridge are old and run down. Pool was unclean and unusable for the entire time. Their "store" was empty. Elevator run down and terrible. Gym smelled like death lived there. Not worth the money. Highly dont recommend. Stay in one of the other surrounding hotels.
