Smelly in the hallways. Toilet sat low, partial roll of toilet paper, few toiletries, shower door leaked water all over the floor, scratches all over the dresser where the tv was. Sheets were stained but appeared clean. Very little offered for breakfast. Went to check out at 7;30am, clerk was standing outside smoking.

They charged my card 3 times...instead of once for two rooms as my reservation stated.My bank thought it was fraud.Then there is a late checkout fee..also deposit. Got to the room one towel..and a shower mat.The next morning i seen housekeepers making beds..but not changing the linen..The staff is very rude!

It was to noisy in the wee hours Could have been cleaner. Went to grab toilet paper and the whole handle came off. Had an odor in room. Sheets were clean Towels were clean but harsh on the body- try using some fabric softener.
