NOT as nice as the photos.
I appreciate that it's an old building that the owners have attempted to update and make "glam." But the updates are cheaply done, and the finishings do not look good. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned -- there were smudges on the counters, and corners, tiles, etc. did not look clean. The cheap material on the couch was wearing out and stained. Luckily the bed was comfortable and seemed clean. The air vent / heater in the bedroom was full of dust bunnies. Overall, the photos are misleading. Maybe okay for young people coming to party, but it did not feel clean enough to feel comfortable for me.

We loved everything about our stay at the Pierce Boutique Apartments. The communication was excellent, the Simplissimmo team is one of the most professional I've seen for aparthotels. It's self-catered, so have reasonable expectations. The location is excellent, with 2 Metro stops nearby. Provides access to all of Montreal in every direction. It's a very safe area and the building requires codes to enter & for the elevator to your floor. I much prefer to stay in areas that allow you to be immersed with locals, which feels more authentic vs a tourist zone. There are endless choices for restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. There's a convenience store next store and a number of great grocery stores nearby. Supermarché PA du Fort was close, offered excellent selection and prices. The apartment offers a fully stocked kitchen, should you want to cook or simply to make a quick breakfast. The bedroom is separated from the living area. We appreciated the amazingly comfortable bed to recharge. The bathroom is well setup and the shower is excellent. As mentioned, it might be helpful to provide a mat as it's slick. The livingroom offers a comfy large couch that can sleep 2. Tons of closest space, a full size washer/dryer & couple of detergent pods, which we used. The design is very modern with concrete ceiling and painted floors. Glad to have padded flip flops to wear in the apartment since the floors are hard on my bad knees. I will be happy to stay on a future visit!

Overall a very nice room. However I did not like the painted floors:somewhat hazardous in general but especially in the bathroom. The shower needed a mat to prevent slipping as well.

I stayed there during a business trip because I could not find a hotel close to our office. The building is very old and dirty and furniture in the unit is very tired and dirty. Overall was not a good experience and definitely will not stay there again.

5/10 for me Unfortunately when we walked in the kitchen and washroom weren’t cleaned properly. There were oil and fingerprint stains on the counters and hair in the bathroom. Stains also on the couch in the living space. Otherwise it was a great experience. Communication and check in were seamless. Location was great, walking distance from bell centre, restaurants and shopping.

We had a wonderful time. The appartment had everything we needed. Location is perfect. 1 major concerns is that acces in the building, elevator and room is restricted by digital and unique code which is wonderful, however I noticed that the building is shared with other tenant and I witnessed that they let people in, and I shared the elevator with people who didn't have a pass but accessed the building. I' m suggesting to make this safety measure mandatory for all occupants. Overall experience was awesome. I Recommand and will definitely come back.

Two nights at this centrally located hotel. Bed was great, the suite layout was nice, but it felt tired: shower knobs were missing, it was a bit of a trick to figure out how to turn on the AC, and the windows didn’t block out much of the noise from de Maisonneuve.
