Living Areas
Fully-furnished kitchen with a side-by-side refrigerator, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, and built-in microwave. You’ll have everything you need to serve up your meals with utensils, plates, cookware, and serving dishes all provided.
Cozy living room with gas fireplace. Large LCD flat-screen TV gathered on the plush sofa. Televisions include YouTube TV and Netflix.
Washer and dryer on the main floor. Other helpful amenities include free Wi-Fi, key code entry, a BBQ grill, and a 2-car garage.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed while the large 3rd bedroom offers one double bed and one twin bed; both rooms share a full bathroom. If you need even more room, pull out the sofa bed in the downstairs living area.
The master bedroom features a pillow-top king bed. Glimpse views of the LaSal and Canyon Mountains from your bedroom window.

During the warmer months, hang out at the community pool with a hot tub, a 5-minute walk from the condo. The condo is stocked with pool towels for guests to use.
The house is only 5 minutes from the city limits of Moab. The vast beauty of Arches National Park is 10 minutes away.

IF ANY EVIDENCE OF A PET(S) IS FOUND INSIDE OF THE CONDO AND THE PREMISES (INCLUDING GARAGE, IN A CAGE, PATIO, DECK, OR LEFT IN VEHICLE OR DRIVEWAY), YOU WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND A $350 DEEP CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
**COMMUNITY POOL HOURS AND CLOSURES ARE SUBJECT TO HOA RESTRICTIONS, THE POOL IS NORMALLY OPEN FROM MID-APRIL THROUGH MID-OCTOBER. ALL GUESTS SHALL ABIDE BY THE GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY AND SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 P.M. TO 8 A.M.
**THE RESPONSIBLE RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE (OR THE SPECIFIED MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED TO RENT THE PROPERTY, IF HIGHER). GUESTS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE ARE WELCOME BUT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED ANYWHERE IN THE HOME.
