For being such a "luxury" hotel, the sheets felt as cheap as if they were bought at Walmart. Additionally, there were no extra blankets in the room, or available through the front desk. I had to turn the heat up to 78 degrees just to stop shivering, but the room never got above 70, despite the heat running constantly. Also, the website/concierge says that they can bill the car service to your room; however, they will not if your room is less than $500. I stayed for two nights, and did not find this out until after the car service dropped me off at the airport. The last thing you want to deal with while trying to catch your flight is digging out the business credit card safely tucked away in your luggage, to pay the car service on the side of the road. The hotel needs to fix their policy, or their website - very inaccurate information. If you want to shop in the boutique, nothing is under $100; but, the toy store is pretty cool. Definitely in a great location to get out and walk; plenty of locally-owned businesses (Everything Utah, Ken Sanders Rare Books, Decades, etc) nearby to enjoy.

Stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was our first time in Utah and we definitely had a wonderful time. The check in process at the hotel was very quick and efficient. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Halli offered us a room upgrade for only a few dollars more and we had a fantastic view. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Our floor was super quiet and it was such a peaceful stay. The whole building was clean, elegant and well designed. Best of all the room rates were quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend you stay here if you’re visiting Salt Lake City! It’s also very close to the airport and there is ample parking.
