For being such a "luxury" hotel, the sheets felt as cheap as if they were bought at Walmart. Additionally, there were no extra blankets in the room, or available through the front desk. I had to turn the heat up to 78 degrees just to stop shivering, but the room never got above 70, despite the heat running constantly.
Also, the website/concierge says that they can bill the car service to your room; however, they will not if your room is less than $500. I stayed for two nights, and did not find this out until after the car service dropped me off at the airport. The last thing you want to deal with while trying to catch your flight is digging out the business credit card safely tucked away in your luggage, to pay the car service on the side of the road. The hotel needs to fix their policy, or their website - very inaccurate information.
If you want to shop in the boutique, nothing is under $100; but, the toy store is pretty cool.
Definitely in a great location to get out and walk; plenty of locally-owned businesses (Everything Utah, Ken Sanders Rare Books, Decades, etc) nearby to enjoy.
