Perfect place just south of Moab
This place is a perfect location if you don't want to stay in Moab. It's an easy drive to Arches and Dead Horse Point State Park. Also a decent drive to Canyonlands. There are lots of other activities in the area, but we were concentrating on the "Mighty Five" as this was our first trip to Utah. It was very comfortable, clean and well equipped in the kitchen. The only drawback was that we learned at the last minute that the pool and hot tub were closed (for maintenance/construction). It would have been nice to use them after a day of hiking in the above average temperatures! But that is something that the owner has no control over. We definitely recommend this place and would return again if we were in the area.

This location was perfect for enjoying Utahs great natural wonders. The home itself was everything it was advertised to be. The location couldnt be better for access to all the many events ect provided in Moab. I heartily recvommend this accomodation to anyone, without reservation

Fabulous Home!
This is definitely a beautiful and well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood that has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are wonderful views of the La Sal Mountains. Having a garage was nice to park in. The pool and jacuzzi hot tub located in the community was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Would highly recommend this lovely home for its location and close proximity to downtown Moab.

Excellent stay for Arches and Canyonlands.
This residence is part of a townhome village. We knew there were people in the home next to us because we saw their car otherwise we never heard a thing. We were there for hiking in Arches and the northern part of Canyonlands. Perfect location for that - we had to drive through Moab to get to both locations but it gave us a chance to check out the town as we did. There were a ton of trailers, ATVs and Jeeps throughout the complex, but it was very quiet at night. This was an excellent location for us. The beds were comfy, showers were great! There is a laundry but we didn't use it. It was nice to have a garage to use to pretend we were home. We used the fully stocked kitchen to make lunches to go and a dinner. 2 great grocery stores in town - the Village Market was quieter than the City Market. This unit has a really nice patio with a nice view. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We highly recommend this location and we would definitely reserve again.

There were 5 adults and 1 child and we were comfortable in the home and area all week. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The parking was superb for our trailer, jeeps and trucks. We can’t wait to go back!!

Great home just a few miles away from the busy town of Moab
We had 7 total; 5 adults and 2 teens and the space was perfect. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We loved being able to make our own picnic lunches for our day trips and then cook at home for dinner each night. Nice quiet neighborhood, away from all the busy street noise of the town. If we return to Moab we would definitely rent here again. The couches are very comfy too!

Excellent Moab Townhouse
The townhouse was a welcome retreat after our expeditions to Arches, Canyonland and the Columbia River. It was so nice to prepare our own food and drinks and relax on the couch in a beautiful, comfortable living room. We were able to wash clothes before we moved on to our next destination. The rental was everything we wished for.

Had a great stay for 10 days in January. Everything was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well stocked. The condo is in a great central location, only about 10 minutes to downtown Moab and 20 minutes to the Arches National Park entrance. And being on the south side of Moab means it's a little closer to the spectacular Needles district of Canyonlands. Having the 2-car attached garage was great for the winter too. I would stay here again!
