Hotel was basic minimum, like college dorm. The hotel advertise, it has dinner at their sister Hotel the Crown Plaza, which is a few minute walk from hotel, but it was raining and we asked if the staff could take us. They said we had to pay €15 to go less than .3 miles. The morning front desk attendant was nice, i did like the hotel cat

Hotel was fine but getting there from Malpensa Airport was a nightmare. No information on where to get a shuttle. You must order a shuttle but difficult to connect with the hotel. . Finally found a bus after asking around and it left us 1/4 mile away. Taxis are not an option as too close a fare. Would book a different hotel in future in terminal grounds

Very convenient if you arrive late or depart early. Easy 3 minute walk to the bus stop (it is free, between Terminal 1 and 2, the bus stop is at Casa Nouve. Nice breakfast.

You take the shuttle from terminal one near the Sheraton hotel, ride for two or three stops and you walk for five minutes from the bus stop.

Staff was very helpful and the price was reasonable. Unrelated to the hotel, the shuttle from Malpensa airport drops off seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is a 5 minute walk, so consider that when you book it, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage.

I was on a vacation trip with my mother for 15 days visiting several cities in Italy. On the 9th day of our trip my mother passed away while we were in another city. I called Holiday Inn Express Milan - Malpensa Airport which was the last hotel in our planned itinerary before flying back from Italy. I talked to the manager to let her know we were not going to arrive as planned. She refused to refund our reservation. It was the only of all the hotels, attractions, and airlines that denied to give us our money back. Shameful
