I paid for the same room as my friend but she got a tub and a bigger room, I got a smaller room and no tub. There is no spa in this place. In the colder months a spa and a massage service would be a great.

Best place to stay if you are not staying in the lake. Hotel is very convenient to access by train. Walkable to all of sights in Como. Definitely would return and stay here.
