The Pioche Village is very nice and comfortable. The studio room we has was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is 15 minutes from downtown Park City. The closest restaurants are in Park City and Heber City. The room has a complete kitchen so you can buy groceries and eat in the room to save money.

Pioche Village is a brand new development at the foot of Deer Valley. The rooms are nicely appointed in design furniture and amenities. Very simple, clean and comfortable rooms/ mattresses, pillows and bed sheets are very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Maybe I expected too much since it was brand new. The hot tubs were the best part. No sign to check in, nobody in office once we found it. They didn't give us the balcony room that we paid for. Sent message to property since you can't just go to lobby, never received a message back. To top it off the electric kept going out because we sleep with a fan and it kept tripping the breaker, so all night long we had to get up to reset it. The dishwasher kept beeping, but we couldn't figure out where the beeping was coming from. We unplugged the coffee pot, opened and closed fridge, microwave. Didn't use the dishwasher so we didn't think it would be beeping at us all night. Wasn't until the next morning when we figured out it was the dishwasher. Apparently hotel guests don't get access to underground parking, but that didn't matter too much because it was nice weather.

I gave it 5 stars because it is brand new. There is still construction going on. There were a few things lacking in the room that I would recommend. Hand Soap Add a lamp to the sofa area. The only lamp was a desk type lamp in the corner by the bed . Directions on how to operate the television. I finally found the instructions on using the remote somewhere on the tv. As far as I could tell, there was no live shows. Everything required apps with subscriptions. I just finally cut it off and read.. There really needs to be a light above the kitchen sink. Hopefullly, Pioche Village will improve these.

So I booked this stay for my family because my son was playing soccer in park city. A hour before check in I was notified by email my stay was canceled. I tried calling hotel.com and the wait time was absolutely ridiculous so I didn’t even speak to someone about this issue. The hotel said they were completely booked. Then I received a couple of more emails asking how my stay was going. I will not be making a reservation with this place again.
