The staff needs to work on not policing people of color, especially women. As a woman of color who travels frequently, I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I was constantly harassed and asked for my room number and name anytime I left my room. I felt uncomfortable sharing this information in front of other guests as well since I travel alone. I felt like I was on house arrest and was being stereotyped because I am black woman. I came into town for my birthday and the staff didn't even say happy birthday as I came in with balloons. Instead, I was questioned about where I was staying though I had already been staying there the night before. It was ridiculous how many times I was asked what room I was in or my name. The room was fair though I did have a stink bug creep by the bed during the night. If you're a person of color I would recommend staying in other places where you'll be welcomed.

The Front Desk workers are very pushy. You can tell they are coached to push people to give positive reviews. I had two TV’s in my room and neither were connected to cable. I won’t be staying there again!

Wonderful Stay
We got in later than expected but they were so accommodating! The two gentleman who were the front desk staff when we arrived were the most pleasant people! Our deluxe room met all of our expectations plus some. We’re coming back to the same event next year and can’t wait to stay here again!

LaQuinta Inn Memphis I-240 changed our view of LaQ
This hotel totally changed my friend’s opinion of LaQuinta hotels. We would happily stay here again. The staff is professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. They accommodated our room preferences when we arrived, and provided little extras like an ice pack when I got a headache. We have nothing but good memories of our stay at this hotel.
