This property features a 2 bed 2 bath condo with a balcony and gorgeous tree for privacy from the street. The place also features quick access to Santa Monica and Westwood bars and restaurants, and is a 10-15 minute drive from the beach. There is also decent metro access as well should you want to go to downtown.

The condo features a rooms are solid and comfortable with 2 TV's and a workstation with a desk in the second bedroom. Limited weights, a medicine ball, and other in-home workout gear is also accessible. Basic breakfast food will be provided in the refrigerator for all guests.

Owner is also on call for recommendations for nightlife, daytime activities like hiking, parks, & other recreational activities. I care about your experience in Los Angeles and will go the extra mile to ensure that expectations are met. Thank you kindly and I look forward to hosting you and yours!

Spacious apartment/good location
Good central location for access to different areas of Los Angeles. The Bundy metro station is close. The apartment is spacious within a complex with courtyard landscaping. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms is great for 2 couples or family of 4.
