My reservation had issues but they fixed it right away . Staff was friendly and nice . The restroom door in our room was difficult to open/close. The location was perfect for the events we went too.

I was enticed by the photos to stay here but once I arrived, bar was getting remodeled and it should have been stated. Lobby area was extremely small and nothing like the photos. I was disappointed.

We booked a double room and it was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms! The only cons have nothing to do with the hotel. The closest overnight parking is $30 and outside of the hotel is a tad dingy but it’s DTLA and comes with the territory. My family and I felt safe walking at night to local stores and the mall which is only a 3 minute walk. Will definitely stay at this location again.

This place was okay at first but at some point the water went out so we couldn’t wash our hands or flush the toilet. Worst part they didn’t care to call and let us know and we found out when I was about to jump in the shower. Never called to apologize after four hours of being off I was able to shower however my experience was already ruin a bit and just bad customer service overall.

Not a great neighborhood. Fine to walk around during the day. After 5 is iffy. I would rate this hotel a 3 star. Not the cleanest. My daughter spilt some sprite on the floor and we wiped it up with a hand towel and the towel was black from the dirty carpet.
