"The faucets in the bathroom were broken, the bathroom sink was draining very slowly, our toilet would make loud sounds the water would erupt like a volcano and splash water all over the floor and toilet seat (thank goodness it didn't do it while we were sitting on it) and we did not have hot water for our showers three out of the four mornings we were there."
