There were people roaming the hall in their undergarments yelling at each other being completely disrespectful. I took my kids and went down to a family members room for a little bit and when I came back up to my room I wasnt allowed off the elevator by staff due to the police being called and there being what sounded like a huge fight in the hall at this point it's late in the evening and I'm not allowed in the room I paid for with my children and this lasted for about an hour it was seriously ridiculous. And now I'm being told the property isn't going to do anything to compensate me for this. I am beyond disappointed.

First Time at Hyatt
This was our first time staying at this hotel. It was clean, and our room was spacious with a nice view. Unfortunately the pool (which was the main reason we chose to stay here) was freezing. An employee did apologize for the low temps, which we appreciate...However we were already checking out by then. The first night of our stay, we got in late and attempted to order food, and were disappointed the kitchen had closed over an hour earlier than advertised. Overall, the room was nice...but due to the pool and dining we were disappointed.

Unfortunate incident
Had a terrible stay…the first room I was in had no working heat. I was promptly moved to another room but, I was put next to a group of teens and in the middle of the night a huge fight broke out all up and down the hall. Although this isn’t the fault of the property it was handled terribly. We (myself and other guest) were told that our night would be comped (due to the ruckus that lasted well over an hour with police being called…etc) at checkout, it wasn’t. The morning clerk acted as if she didn’t know anything went on the night before

I live in town, work full time and help care for my elderly mom. Occasionally I like to have a staycation to rejuvenate myself. This property is perfect! A pool, fitness room, bar, dining options and 24hr Starbucks definitely fits the bill!! Will visit agai 😀
