Awful staff, no running water, hottub full of hair
The front desk worker was extremely rude, i had to over hear another guest being checked in to hear what the check out time was, the wifi info, complimentary breakfast she didnt tell us anything at all luckily we over heard someone else being checked in. I was double charged for the room after paying for it upfront i was charged again full price. After bringing it up and showing her proof she took my phone go show a manager who didnt know what to say about the situation at all, they asked another worker who also didnt know what to do other than id have to wait and see if someone can fix it Monday so I have $1,000 tied up for 1 night at a hotel on my wife’s birthday weekend. The sink has no running water the handles on the sink just spins around and no water comes out. The in room hot tub had several hairs in it that had to be cleaned out, the shower door wouldn’t close, there was stains on the floor. The iron did not work
Also food particles and stains in the sink and no running water on the cold side

Short overnight stay to see a show at the Fox Theater. Nice location with easy parking. Our king room was comfortable, although layout was "unique". I would stay here again when visiting Detroit.
