The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had high quality amenities and the blackout curtain features were greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had a great variety of food. The executive lounge is a must have upgrade to consider. I really enjoyed being connected to the Sentral transit center which made transportation easy and convenient. I would stay at this location again upon my return. Thank you.

Nice stay but could be better for a 5 star hotel.
Service staff is very friendly and the gym was very well equipped. The steam room and jacuzzi were good as well. However the cistern in our room kept malfunctioning which inconvenienced us a fair bit. In addition, instructions dont seem to be passed on properly. For example, we requested for a rollaway bed and extra set of toiletries as our room was booked for triple sharing but it wasnt set up when we checked in and got into the room. Another example was that we wanted only breakfast for a day but we were billed for 2 mornings and they had to reverse the billing.

First time staying at Hilton KL and was pleasantly surprised! Good accessibility to KL Sentral station and walking distance to the Nu Sentral mall. Location is superb! Staff were extremely friendly and polite. Sangeeta who assisted with my check-in was lovely and called me personally when my room was ready. The rooms were clean with a nice layout.
