We had a lovely family stay at the Ritz Carlton. The hotel is luxurious and in a very convenient location for all the main tourist sites. The staff were helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient and the facilities excellent and kept in immaculate order. Thankyou for making our stay memorable. We hope to visit again in the future.

Currently the lobby is under construction. I've stayed at the ritz plenty of times no issues. This time however there was a stain on one of the living room chairs. Housekeeping immediately came and switched the chair out and they comped my valet parking. All in all a good stay, even with the furniture issue the staff here is top class!

Absolutely wonderful hotel in convenient location to great restaurants, parks, breweries, Rogers Center... The staff is amazing and the friendliest I have ever experienced. They are so attentive and even remember your name. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The bathrooms are elegant and brightly lit. Arrive before 3 or 4 because traffic is horrendous. Airport is also very easy for International travel.
