Nice hotel, convenient location
The staff was very friendly. We were in Maryland for the polar express train ride and the hotel had little gift bags for the kids upon checking in which were really nice. The room was clean, our heater had a squeaky noise everytime it kicked on, which was annoying but didn’t affect function in anyway. Within walking distance to the train station which we loved the most. The pool area was very nice and clean as well.

Room key wouldn’t open room. Tried with new keys still didn’t work. Maintenance guy tried didn’t work. 40 minutes later I got into the room after the door was jimmied. Can’t leave and get back in now, until the dead door battery is replaced, who knows when. This is unacceptable.

Nice hotel with great breakfast and dining area, close to downtown. Loud, throbbing elevator noise disrupted sleep although it was across and down the hall it vibrated the room. Staff were not empathetic. Internet was useless, and I do not wish to hand over personal info for access, which was poor in any event

Nice hotel, a little disappointed that the hot tub was out of order though, which was one of the reasons I booked this location, good breakfast, especially the waffles. Would absolutely stay here again.
