If you're looking for a quiet, kid-free getaway, this may not be the best choice. The resort is clearly designed with families in mind, and even the adult pool had children in it during our stay. While the property is nicely set up for families, the experience didn’t match our expectations. The room was average, and for the price per night, I expected more. I was particularly disappointed with the view; I booked thinking I'd get something scenic, but instead, I was staring at a parking lot.

Only 2 recommendations . First the pillows were very small. Years ago I remember the pillows being larger and there were more of them. Second. While in line for a drink at the pool someone in front of me gave our room # for their drinks. Good thing I was standing there. Twice while I was purchasing something and gave my room # instead of asking for my name to identify myself the person told me my name. Anyone could get away with that. Please ask your staff to have guest give them their name. Suggestion is for the wristband being scannable like at Disney or other resorts so people can not give false room numbers. That is all. Other than that a wonderful stay.

They need to plan better for the summer. We waited and hour for oatmeal and eggs. Being seated was a mess. Completely disorganized. The facilities are lovely. We enjoyed ourselves. Options are great. Need to consider bartenders at pool Area walking around. Missing a great opportunity. I would’ve drank more but didn’t want to get up, stand, and wait. The outdoor bar, hall the people didn’t know what to do meaning register understand the actual order. However, I’d still go back.
