Guests will have full access to the entire loft. Guests will enter utilizing a code for the keypad on the back door of the building and the front door to the loft.

Crossroads Loft is an awesome location for those visiting Kansas City for events at the T-Mobile Center and wanting to be close to downtown! This loft features one queen size bed, an open living room, open kitchen concept and one full bathroom. You simply won’t find a better location with this much space in the heart of downtown Kansas City! Oh, did we mention you have access to a private parking lot!

Enter through the back of the building using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. The loft is located on the second floor of the building and will be accessed via stairs. There is not an elevator in this building.

You have access to parking lot during your stay! Park and walk to the Power & Light District where you can catch the free StreetCar that goes from the River Market, Power & Light to Union Station! Take a short minute Uber ride or rent scooters, your options are endless!

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 4, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - This property does not accept pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

There is a designated parking lot on the side of the building.

*Cancellation Policy*

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
**All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**
