We loved this property! Room was very nice and clean. Staff was so courteous and always welcoming upon our return. The valet parking staff was phenomenal and very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and always so nice. It was with in steps of Petco park for the game and every great downtown restaurant. We will for sure stay here again in the future.

I drove 16 hours from Southern Oregon and tried to check in at 4 'clock in the morning.. I searched for a pet friendly hotel. This place is pet-hostile. Clerk at the front desk told me that they only accept registered pets. She told me I could not check in. I explained that my husband was 84 and that we would effectively with a hotel room. Then she rudely asked me to leave or she would call the security guard. Dont go here, Run for your life!!! Pure evil!!!

Needs an update for sure!
I will stay somewhere else next time I visit. The bed was comfortable but everything else was just MEH. The room needs some serious updating, the floor in the room had a serious slope, the pillow math is 1+1=1 (they flattened out so much), the staff using the elevators were SUPER rude, the food was OK, and the valet was $60/night.
