I loved the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel room. The room that we had was spacious, bright and warm. The front desk staff was respectful and informative. I will definitely be back during my future stays in Newport Beach. The room was missing a fire detector, but the technician came to the room with 5 mins and fixed it. Everyone was professional. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel itself and staff were fine. It’s the valet company used by the hotel that is separate from hotel. My car was damaged by a luggage cart falling from the curb onto my car (missing my head by 6 inches) breaking the tailgate door and rear lights. After submitting a claim for the damages, I received notice (3 weeks later) that they aren’t covering the costs to repair my car. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and actions out of bad faith. Because of having to use Towne Park Valet when staying at the hotel, I will no longer stay at the hotel.

Good place to say, but self parking is $43.

We stayed for one night for a celebration in the area. We were greeted warmly at the reception and staff was very helpful. Room our clean and comfortable and they had Aveda bath products in the shower. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. The only bad part was that the hotel charges $43 for sleeping parking and $48 for valet. I understand valet parking in the area is expensive, however to charge $43 for self parking is ridiculous.
