They were so accommodating. We arrived early, tired from a long flight. They found a room for us. Super nice folks. If you’re going on a river cruise, it’s the best place to stay. A close walk to the boat!

The front desk staff were not overly friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good, but it is not in a location with other restaurant options. The location for walking is ok but not great. The walk to central station is fairly far. The room was good and clean.

Great hotel. Next door to the port terminal which is perfect when taking a cruise. A bit far from the city center. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choices. It was nice that they upgraded us and gave us free breakfast. Our bed was very hard and not very comfy. A part from that we enjoyed our stay.
