Strongly recommending for stays longer than a week, small kitchen makes the difference. A lot cheaper than those hotels where rooms were as big as our bathroom. Very clean, quite and friendly staff, met all of our needs.

Linen was not changed for 10 days. King bed was reserved but there was only a queen bed in room. Instructions for washer/dryer was not readily available. There should also be a welcome booklet printed and placed in room with information to assist visitors

The apartment was spacious, had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Having access at the hotel to rental bikes was a bonus. There was very nice outdoor space. Very clean and responsive staff. Furniture was good. For our purposes the apartment with hotel type amenities was better value that renting a home.

This is an apartment hotel. Great for longer stays but realize that it’s not a hotel with daily towel or bed changing services. That being said, it’s great for what it is. Beautiful apartments that I would stay in again.

Clean apartment with furnishings. Easy to navigate from Centraal station on Tram Line 14 to Artis stop. Friendly and cooperative checkin and during our 2-week stay. Had a slight problem with too much heating in apartment given faulty thermostat. Will return though.

Loved that this is a rehabbed property made up of several historical buildings. The property is very unique! Excellent location! Quiet area. Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was sound. Old building = less soundproofing.

I absolutely loved everything about staying here. The area around the facility is great! It is just outside Amsterdam Center, so it is not too crazy with tourists. The neighborhood is basically surrounding the University of Amsterdam, so it has a cool vibe with students, nice places to eat, etc. If you want to go to the Holocaust Museums, they are all around this area (except the Anne Frank House). It is also a short walk, Tram ride or Uber drive into the Center where Adam Square and all the tourist sites are located. The hotel itself is renovated, clean, modern with great furnishings, etc. the staff was wonderful! Overall staying here was awesome!
