Dirty and run down.
Turned the ahower on and black dirt ran from the walls. Layer of dust on toilet. You can tell the floors have not been mopped in weeks. There was old food in the fridge. Breakfeast milk was warm and bread was hard. Waffles looked decent but after all other issues with cleanliness in lobby i didnt chance it.

Perfectly fine motel. Have stayed here twice.
It’s a little off-putting to have signs everywhere about charges for removing things from the room (towels? Alarm clocks?) but I guess it helps keep the place in good condition. Room was clean, up to date. Beds comfortable. Wifi was good. Lots of USB and power outlets.
