The second floor boasts 3 king bedrooms with en-suites, a Jr. primary bedroom suite with a roll-in shower, and a queen-queen guest room with en-suite. On the third floor, the bunk room provides sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests with 4 queen beds and 4 full beds, complete with 2 en-suites with showers. This floor cannot be accessed by the elevator. Additionally, there is a balcony overlooking the ocean, that can be locked out upon request if you wish to restrict children from this area. .

Back to the ground floor, you will find the pool and the path to the beach! Take a dip in the covered, private 27 x 22 pool and spa with water features, or lounge on the pool deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy the best of both worlds with private beach access and ping pong table. This home also offers wireless internet throughout and an elevator for your convenience. The elevator cannot reach the 3rd floor bunk room.
