Very convenient parking and access to interstate 91 and many restaurants and gas stations within walking distance but Meriden, Connecticut is still not a high class place. This hotel, however, is fine for the price.

Not the choice, need a lot of improvement
We were on the top floor and it smelled pretty bad. The property was a non smoking one but still the beds and hallways smelled bad. We had change of rooms, not a good experience, had to stick around since it’s already late. Breakfast was okay, the reception person helped us in all possible ways.

The hotel was clean, the room also. But old stuff inside. No usb to charge phone, only on a clock that did not work. It was very cold in the room when we got here, 63 degre. The heater works well, but it sounds like an airplane engine. It is so loud that "forget about it" if you want to sleep. So the room got cold and the blankets are so thin that you get cold. The breakfast was as expected and the staff, very polite.

I booked the long suite online but when I got to the hotel the room I stayed in was a handicapped room , nothing like it was advertised. There was flys all around the room with sticky fly traps hanging on the ceilings

This property is okay.check in was easy. Did not use any amenities My issue was cleanliness. The tv remote was absolutely filthy! I wish i had taken a picture!!had to clean it up before using it!carpets needed a perimeter sweep! No bugs! That was a plus! But the mattress covers were highly stained in our room! Beds were comfortable.hotel did SMELL clean.. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast except they wouldn't let you use the waffle iron. They felt like they had to do it. I would stay again.

The shower and bathtub faucet looked like it could break at any moment. The bathroom sink didn't have a drain plug so you couldn't fill the basin, carpet was old. Out of eight pillows 3 were reasonable. other than that, ok.
