"We stayed in the older “motel “ and not the newer “hotel “, because it was less expensive. Our room had obviously been remodeled as the shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, tv etc all were newer and in excellent condition. The mattress was comfortable even for a side sleeper like me, pillows were just right. No breakfast here but that’s fine as we had brought our own cereal and milk. We would stay again. "

"I really loved that I could walk out of my cabin and then see the grandiose view of the Grand Canyon a few feet from my door. There were many places to eat here. The female elk were plentiful and very photogenic. It was wonderful to meet so many different people from all parts of the world. Everyone was extremely friendly. Best part was coming off the day long hike down and up the canyon and just having to walk approximately 100 ft to my cabin from trail head."
