A very clean, quiet and conveniently located hotel. Would stay there again if I was driving through Baton Rouge area. The lady at front desk was super nice during check in and after long day on the road little things like that are priceless.

Cierra was the best. Room was decent quality. Could definitely be cleaned better. But the check-in process was excellent thanks to her!! I would come stay there again as long as they keep her employed. :)

Great stay. Our blankets were damp (like maybe the dryer went off before they were fully dry) and Ciera was very helpful in replacing them and making sure we were comfortable. Excellent customer service!

Traveler Beware!
The room had all the amenities we wanted, except that there was no freezer in the small refrigerator where we could "recharge" our blue ice packs. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable, but the room itself smelled a little musty and the carpet looked like it could use a good steam-cleaning. Also, the floor of the shower stall in our room should have had some anti-slip strips installed on it, but it didn't have them during our two- night stay! I say this because my husband slipped and fell down in it when he was showering on the first night we were there. Now he has some bruises on his left arm where it apparently had hit the shower seat on his way down!

Check-in with Cierra was great! She was friendly, kind and exuded the best hospitality I haven’t experienced in a long time. The room was a nice size, very clean, loved the shower, TV, design and comfort level. The bed; however, was a bit too firm but I managed pretty good. Overall I’m glad I chose to lodge here for business. Choice hotels aren’t normally my go-to for lodging but will definitely make it a priority when traveling. As far as breakfast, there’s waffles, yogurt, muffins beverages, coffee, etc. I didn’t indulge. The hotel is very quiet considering the amount of people there. Walls weren’t paper thin. The interior, exterior and lobby areas were clean, which I love. Cracker Barrel is next door within walking distance and other stores are nearby. Great location off the interstate without the loud sounds of traffic.

Front desk clerk was kind and welcoming. Room could have been cleaner, areas of the room looked worn/outdated. Breakfast isn’t special but sufficient. Hotel staff had to kick out a couple of people from the breakfast area because they were not guests of the hotel. Beds were comfortable.
