The property is clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, bagels, cereal,yogurt in short, something for everybody. No question a gem in the desert.

Microtel was conveniently located off highway without the noise. Property was clean and staff were great. Checked in online before arrival and just grabbed key cards when we arrived. King room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar with hot and cold food was really nice. Price was really good. We will stay again on our next visit to Quincy and recommend staying here.

This was a perfect spot for a last minute snow storm stay. The hotel is amazing and I would stay here for a concert at the gorge as well. The only complaint I really had which wasn’t horrible was the Trucks using their Jake brakes (exhaust) to take the exit because the hotel is right next to a truck stop convenience store. But all around a nice hotel.

I have contacted this property numerous times and there is not a manager on site even the times I was told there would be one. I am owed a refund as my stay was cut short. I stayed 2 out of 8 days booked and they still have not refunded me. Zero management follow up.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. No soap at the bathroom sink. That’s where they attached lotion. You have to get shower gel from shower to wash hands. Shower was not the best. Very cool temperature and shower head spray coolant off even more. Hard to rinse a full head of hair. I would have preferred to also have some sheers on the window so you can get some natural light during the day without the cars seeing into your room.

This is a new, clean, comfortable hotel in that price range and that location. There is not many restaurant, shopping place around there. This is exactly what you need for a stop on long drive.

A quick overnight but a very enjoyable stay at Microtel. Enjoyed dinner and a drink in the attached lounge. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Everything was flawless for this stay from arrival to check out.
