We came in off our cruise and got to the motel around 9:30 the Ast Mgr said our room was ready but if we wanted to check in early we had to pay an additional $50 and when we asked about a late check out we were told it would be another $50. Never in my life have I had to pat extra to check into a room that was already done and will never again.

The shuttle driver is rude and inpatient. Don’t even bother to check in online. You still need to wait in line for a long time to get the key. We forgot to bring the toothpaste and it cost 2 dollars to buy it.

The room is fairly clean, but only 2 pods for the single serve coffee maker. Only 4 hangers in the closet. Booked an accessible room with a roll in shower, but there is just a tub, so that isn't helpful. There is a bench at the back of the tub, but that wasn't helpful for my bff. The beds are comfy, but the pillows were not to her liking. The drink selections in the grab and go case in the lobby are geared mostly towards energy type drinks, like no tonic water, no ginger ale. The shuttle driver for the free shuttle from the airpirt was professional and helped with our bags. He was also gentlemanly in assisting my friend up into the van and again departing the van.This is my 2nd stay at this property for a pre-cruise night, and I will likely not stay here again. If everyone/everything was as great as the shuttle experience, this would be a great property! Not awful, just not nice and welcoming. The pool area is nice and somewhat special, so that would be great for guests staying more than one night!

The only issue that I had was the parking. Imagine parking on the third level and having to either take the stairs or walk up and down the slope in the parking garage with or without luggage. The only elevators are in the lobby. For that small but big reason, I cannot stay here again due to my current health issues.
