Don't let the photos fool you!
Did not look AT ALL like the photos. Was much more run down and dated than it looked in the online photos. Overall it was fine, but felt like the photos oversold the property. When I got there the lock on my door did not work (someone fixed for me), and the kitchen had little bugs crawling on the counter. I needed to spray bug spray to kill them. Overall was not impressed and would not stay there again and/or recommend to others.

This property needs a huge clean it is dirt and grim that has built up over years We had to buy things to try and keep the room somewhat cleen after scrubbing the kitchen and bathroom Lots of loud parties and you can hear your neighbours talking and babies crying in the room next door We stayed for 2 weeks and disappointed and often felt unsafe around the pool area

I booked this apartment hoping we would have a clean relaxing couple days because I came here on business. My linen has LONG strains of hair on the pillows, sheets and on the mattress cover. After a 9 hour drive I was not expecting to experience this. I was promised to have the linen change in the morning to no avail the cleaning team never came. The batteries in the bedroom remote did not work, we did not have wash cloths or enough towels, no paper towels. I will not be returning

We celebrated our daughter's 23rd birthday here and it was a wonderful place. We enjoyed the pool, easy access to the room and how well equipped the apartment was. I look forward to staying here again.

mold in the unit, wasn’t terrible but still gross. we got approved for a late checkout, and then 3 hours before our checkout the “supervisor” knocked on our door and told us we had to go NOW or we’d be charged another day. she told us she’s taking back our late checkout. just an unprofessional place.

I didn’t even get to stay because the person never answered the phone I had to book a whole other room. They sent the instructions at 10:30pm when check in was 3pm. My money has not been refunded yet so i had to spend extra money while that money is on hold. They had no consideration for me

Ofrecieron una habitación con sofa cama y la habitación no la tenia. Pasaron los dos dias de la estadia sin dar una solución. No tienen a nadie que resuelva los problemas. La persona de limpieza me indico que este problema es recurrente y que la empresa no suele solucionar el tema. simplemente espera que la gente se vaya sin solucion, lo que me sucedió personalmente. La puerta de la terraza no tenia seguro, por lo que quedaba abierta todo el tiempo. La habitación olia a Humedad.

This place was a total disappointment. I decided to book a staycation with my son and his friend for the spring break but this place was a total mistake. The pictures are probably from 20 years ago because it certainly doesn’t look like that anymore. The coffee table foot felt off when we moved the table to open the sofa bed and nobody never came to fix or replace it. No pillow covers, hair stuck to the door of the bathroom, no hair dryer !! Closet doors broken, gym closed for maintenance with no advance notice. Basically I want my money back.
