"Our experience was very disappointing. The check in process was confusing and not accurate. After over an hour of trying to get in the main building, we finally got up to our room. The lock box for the door key did not contain a key to allow us entry, nor did the key pad work with the code. To our surprise, the door was left unlocked, so we did get to enter the apt. After talking with the property manager, we were told they would have a key to us by 7pm. We had an appointment and had to leave the apartment unlocked. When we returned 3 hours later, the door was still unlocked and we had no key. We went to bed not knowing if someone would enter during the night while we were sleeping. In addition, the bed in the master room was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.It was an experience that was completely negative."

"We unfortunately did not make it there due to snow and ice from Pittsburgh to Raleigh. We were driving. WV extremely bad otherwise we would have gone.My one sister was flying to visit friends a day earlier she had 5 flights canceled in 2 days. We so terribly disappointed. We were coming for a nieces baby shower. The spot was perfect 12 minutes away from venue. Hopefully we will go in spring to meet the little guy.We were grateful that they were willing to give us partial amount back. We will try again. The place looked perfect for us. "We enjoyed our stay in Raleigh! It was a very nice building and felt safe and quiet. The place was as advertised, but I would say that it is missing some more kitchen equipment if you’re looking to make meals at home. It’s a very basic set up for small meals on the stovetop or microwave (no oven safe dishes available). However, there is a pizza restaurant and wine store downstairs. :) Location was convenient to downtown Raleigh. "
