The location was very convenient for my meetings. But the hotel is very small, and lacks some amenities that should be on offer given the price (such as a lobby, for starters). The small front desk is staffed by a single person, which means that you can wait 10-15 minutes to get a simple question answered (I could not remember how to find the WiFi password).

Wonderful boutique hotel right in the center of everything in mid-town. Room is small but very clean and has everything you need. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Khalid. Found out after we booked an Uber to the airport that the hotel offers an airport shuttle for a flat rate as opposed to my $65 Uber which ballooned to $111 due to heavy traffic. Would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet! Comfortable beds, great shower with lit up mirror. I was a bit chilly and they brought a little heater. Door men are very friendly and helpful. I frequent NYC and this was my favorite spot thus far

I had a wonderful stay at Moderne! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean. I really appreciated having access to coffee, tea and water around the clock in the lounge. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We couldn’t see outside, but that was understandable and all right. The room was quiet and comfortable. I was surprised to have our bed and room made and tidied for us each day as not many hotels are doing that anymore. We also appreciated the coffee and morning rolls.

We enjoyed our room. The location is fantastic, especially for anyone who is familiar with New York's mass transit system. My husband and I zoomed all over town and had a blast! It was a blast going out into the crazy city, then coming back to the calm and restful Hotel Moderne.
