The first room was pretty bad the Fridge stuck halfway out In The living space and the sink by had no cover on the bottom. They allowed us to change rooms but the second room had a really bad burnt smell in the room. We bought a plugin and room spray made it thru the week. I would try not staying on the first floor. They have an amazing middle court yard with a fire pit and bbq.

Finger pointing during check-in problem
I booked the hotel room via Expedia. When I (and my family) tried to check-in, I was told my reservation was for the day before and that I was charged as a “no show”. When I presented my confirmation information that I was given my Expedia, they would not accept it. They stated that their records show I was a “no show” the night before. After finally talking to a real person at Expedia, they called the hotel and the problem was resolved. Expedia claims the hotel made a mistake, and given all the details (which are too numerous to detail here) I believe Expedia is correct. So, we were finally given a room, without apology for the delay. The stay was good, other than the check-in.

Stayed here for an extended weekend in Portland with granddaughters. Room was clean and comfortable. Surrounding area was mostly quiet, some noise from freeway but not overwhelming. Hotel conveniently located to dining options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast items. Would recommend and would stay again.

Staff did an amazing job. Felt very well taken care of from the first moment at the front desk to the gentleman working breakfast bar. They even had rice available for breakfast! That was a first! Customer service is highly commended! The beds were comfortable. The room’s kitchen counter wasn’t wiped down and the tub was chipped but that didn’t bother us too much. We would stay here again for sure.

The room was clean but the common areas were very smelly and not so clean. The breakfast was bad and if you go after8 am, you could barely find something to eat. The laundry was very dirty and we could not use it although due to a long trip we needed to.
