When I booked this vacation, I go by the pictures and what they offered Huge surprise when I arrive that the pictures is from another property that we will get free shuttle and access but wasn’t the property i picked by the pictures The hotel was very nice and clean and their staff I’ll give them 5 starts but very disappointed that I got to a different location Another thing is that few days before my trip i received and offer for an upgrade, the price i received at the hotel went from 248 UAD to 2000 UAD huge difference, this is not cool either
